The main purpose of establishing Nayantara Sharma Mahavidyalaya in village Pandhi district Bilaspur is to develop and nurture rural talents and provide higher education opportunities for economically vulnerable and suitable students in rural areas. It is to determine their golden future.

Goal - 
> To provide opportunities for higher education to rural, poor and promising / meritorious students and to set their golden future 
> Young students of the said rural area, who are unable to study in remote institutions due to lack of means, whose education is getting blocked, to provide them the opportunity of higher education.

> To promote quality education and educational culture in the said rural area.

> To upgrade the life values of the local youth and to develop a highly educated society 
> Technical educational self-sufficiency in the said rural area  and created an employment-oriented environment.
